The Manifest Spherical is created with two separate layers of EPS foam. The internal EPS layer uses a lower density foam, making it more comfortable in contact with the head and more suitable for low speed impacts. The in-mold layer of EPS in the outer shell is composed of a denser foam and is designed to offer greater protection in high-speed impacts. The AURA reinforcement arch increases the structural integrity of the helmet while allowing air to flow freely: an impact-resistant polycarbonate ring flows throughout the Manifest Spherical to improve its robustness. The top of the range ventilation of the Manifest Spherical is given by the combination of very large ventilation holes, a large internal channeling and the "Roc Loc Trail Air system". The numbers don't lie, the Manifest Spherical offers the best ventilation in the field of Dirt helmets.
