The main function of the Zone3 open water swimming gloves is to keep your hands insulated from the cold. The extremities of the body such as hands and feet always feel the cold, so these gloves are designed to allow swimming in cold water to be more manageable.
After testing most of the swim gloves on the market, Zone3 found that almost all of them began to bubble with the water while swimming and began to slip off your hands. A design solution was found by increasing the length of the gloves, so they can be slipped over or under the wetsuit to ensure there is no exposed skin and also the addition of a velcro strap to keep the glove in place.
Zone3 has also removed the strap between the fingers, which other brands tend to use, to make the swimming sensation much more natural and less tiring. For sizing, we recommend size small for women or men with small hands and medium or large for men based on your hand size.
