It is well known that the immune system plays an important role in the onset of overtraining. Hemoglobin and hematocrit
The hemodilution, caused by the expansion of plasma volume, inevitably leads to a decrease in the concentration values of hematocrit and hemoglobin. In fact, there is no real decrease in the corpusculous part of the blood (red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets), but only one dilution thereof.
