The new Super Record™ 12x2 Speed derailleur can be defined as a sculpture with an innovative shape that uses 3D Embrace technology to better wrap the smaller sprockets, creating a double effect: it allows the chain to always maintain optimal traction, thus increasing speed, power and the precision of shifting and ensures that the gearbox is always kept at an optimal distance from the sprockets. The balance wheel has also been optimized to interface with sprockets from 11 to 34 teeth, allowing a single version to be maintained for all the sprocket packs offered. The upper body of the new Super Record™ 12x2 Speed gearbox has been made of carbon fiber reinforced technopolymer, contributing to the strength and lightness of the component while the titanium screws, in addition to guaranteeing weight savings, harmonize even more with the appearance technical-aesthetic of the component.
