Motus (WHY NOT srl) gives you the possibility to replace the goods for wrong size under the following conditions:
The returned product must be received by MOTUS perfectly intact in its original packaging, the buyer must ship the return within 7 days of receipt. Will not accept returns shipped after this date.
If the goods are damaged during transportation, WHY NOT return srl shall notify the customer thereof (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods at its stores), so that a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and to obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for return, simultaneously eliminating the request for withdrawal; WHY NOT srl is not responsible in any way for damages or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments; upon arriving at the warehouse, the product will be checked for any damage or tampering not caused by transportation. If the package and/or the original packaging are damaged, WHY NOT srl will subtract from the refund due a percentage, however not more than 10% of the same, as a contribution to the costs of recovery.
Shipping costs to return of goods the purchaser MOTUS, once we receive the returned product and verified the integrity of the same (subject to new), will return at its own expense the replacement item in the correct size.
