What is the mode of shipping used by MOTUS?

For the Italian territory the delivery is made through express couriers.

How long is delivered the goods?

Our delivery times are on average between 1 and 5 working days. If your order cannot be fulfilled within these terms, we will contact you and inform you of expected wait times.

We cannot redirect the order once sent on an expedition.

MOTUS-WHY NOT SRL offers free shipping by courier for orders with a value equal to or higher than 150.00 euro.
Exception: orders for bulky items such as bicycles, frames, training rollers, and some carrying bags bike.
