MOTUS-WHY NOT SRL ships in many countries around the world.

The cost of shipping varies depending on the country of destination, as a function of valaore of goods shipped and the encumbrance of goods shipped.

In some countries, shipping is free for orders over a minimum threshold (varies by country)

How long does an expedition abroad to be shipped?

The shipping time depends on many factors. MOTUS-WHY NOT SRL undertakes to send in shipping all orders as soon as possible. Shipping to Europe can take from 2 to 11 days from the moment when the goods are found in stock. The rest of the world, from 3 to 10 business days from the time the availability in stock.

We ship most items abroad, however some of them are restricted depending on the destination.

How much is shipping?

The price of shipments outside Italy depends on the weight and volume of the product ordered. You can view the shipping costs from your shopping cart. In some countries for orders exceeding a fixed minimum value, shipping is free.

How is my order shipped internationally?

MOTUS-WHY NOT SRL forwards with different Courier (such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc etc). When goods are shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking of your shipment data.

What currency do i pay for my orders?

• Pay for orders in the currency displayed in the final order confirmation page.
• The price displayed when you confirm an order will be the same as what you will pay after your order.
• This amount will be charged to your credit card/debit card/PayPal in the currency displayed
• Value added tax is already included for orders shipping to Europe.

Do I have to pay customs duty in my country?

There are no customs duties within the EU. All products shipped to EU is inclusive of value added tax (VAT).

The non-EU market merchandise is excluded from value added tax, and may be subject to customs duties once they reach the country of destination. Please note: declare the total value of goods in shipment is required by law outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import taxes or customs duties. Falsify customs data is illegal. We cannot describe the contents of a parcel inappropriately, declare a lower value of the goods at customs, nor claim it as gift. Additional charges for customs duties are the responsibility of the customer; We can't monitor these costs, nor predict what will amount. We also reimburse any of customs duties.

The goods shipped in the Canary Islands is exempt from VAT but subject to customs fees upon receipt, which remain the responsibility of the customer.
