Can a shoe with more than 1500 km of active and one year of life, best to face and support an athlete for a marathon by allowing him to make a PB?
The answer is yes! Here's the evidence.
I talked to you about the Mitiche Zoot Del Mar last year, when you just received and in preparation for the IRONMAN 70.3 in Pescara you test it for Run4Food
Today, more than a year away, I'm talking about the same shoes, you know the same shoes as well, with a mileage of over 1500 kilometers still being reactive and performing.
Let's try to get the photos of the races done together, for sure they lack a lot.
After a year of: Workouts, repeated, long, combined, racing like the Zoot Del Mar?
Thanks to Zoot Sport for creating "the ultimate shoe", which in the new color is even more beautiful!
Try it you will not love it.

KUOTACYCLE TRIATHLON:
BOECHERER WINS IN AUSTRIA 70.3
Another success for the German who rides on Kuota KtZero5
Andreas Böcherer and Anja Beranek (both on KtZero5) are the bearer Kuotacycle that weekend have shone in the Ironman 70.3 St. Pölten. Victory for Boecherer, second in 2 years in this race, and 3rd place for Anja Beranek among women.
ANDI: a proof of safety than the German who gave an idea of power, particularly in the bike trial, where he forced their opponents to give all their energy.
Böcherer he checked opponents in the hamlet of swimming disputed with the Austrian Martin Bader with that published by the fraction in the water at 24:54 ". The Swiss Ruedi Wild and Marino Vanhoenacker were behind them.
It seemed very relaxed Boecherer always in the village bike although its advantage by Austrian Paul Reitmayr and the sviezzero Wild had never risen above the minute in the first 60 km in the saddle. Only in the second part of this test was able to give greater force to the pedals and show up in the transition area with 3 seconds and run that to victory half marathon.
ANJA: female test signals a major departure from Anja Beranek which in the hamlet of swimming was the best as well as cycling. Last year's winner very combative, la russa Anastasia Chernenko always close to Beranek. La russa in the finale, however, made very strong runner as Yvonne van Vlerken overcome by 2 (NED) and Laura Philipp (GER) that were 2 minutes behind her.
Beranek riding the KtZero5 clocked the fastest time in cycling, but the fearsome Vlerken was only 1:18 "behind her at the start of the half marathon. Thanks to the fastest time in the race, after 15 km is in fact passed overhead and behind her are left to battle for the silver medal.

The 5th Edition of Garmin TriO Sirmione confirms expectations of Eve and shows such as Lake Garda is the heart of Italian freshwater Triathlon
In AC 900, athletes who, in spite of the high temperatures and humidity of the air, took to the road; the weather is then radically changed and, except the first, most athletes came to the finish line under a heavy thunderstorm, which made the fraction race even more interesting.
Leaders of the Garmin TriO Sirmione 2016 were Gabriele Salini (707) who finished with a time of 1:54:46; and Elisa Battistoni (Feralpi Triathlon), to the finish line with a time of 2:11:59.
The women's race was adjusted, since the first fraction, by Elisa Battistoni, out of the water along with Veronica Signorini (Triathlon Cremona Stradivari) and followed by Myriam (707) and Julia Bedorin (707).
The hamlet has seen cycling still Battistoni and Signorini who, at about half the route, had a lead of 2 ' 38 "by two riders 707. Detachment that has been thinning gradually along the path, but I saw them get to the transition area from the Sun.
Unfortunately an illness has forced the Signorini.
Try from the heat, but with great determination, fats and Bedorin complete the podium with 3 ' 52 respectively "and 4 ' 18".
The men's race was conducted until mid abundant cycling fraction from Marco Chandran (A.S. Minerva Rome): released in the head from the water he attempted an escape by bike which caused him to gain a lead of 38 "by a trio composed of Gabriele Salini (707), Marco From Venice (Liger Team Keyline) and Nadeem Francesco (Raschiani Triathlon Pavese), who then pushed until you get to take Corrà arriving in T2 all together.
During the lap race Gabriele Salini took firmly in command, keeping it up to cross the finish line first with a lead of 01 ' 04 "by Marco From Venice and 01 ' 54" by Marco Chandran, second and third rank.
At the finish, we highlight the words of salt deposits in The Venice, author of an extremely casual: "do I really have to thank Marco," says Gabriele-"bike todaybecause at one point I made a wrong turn. Rather than take advantage of my mistake, Marco waited for me to continue to ride together. A gesture really made him great honor. "
And sorry for the other sports, but This is TRIATHLON!!!

Today online in the market the new triathlon handlebars "REVO" of 3T.
This bar has the extensions ("horns") for side grip in an inverted position (low and towards the back of the bike, not high and toward the front). This solution improves the ergonomics and grip safety, improves the drivability of the bicycle and the feeling of control at high speeds. The cable is inside, as in all high end carbon handlebars of 3T.
It is available in both high-modulus carbon fiber "HM" (LTD) that traditional carbon (TEAM red and TEAM graphics STEALTH matte black with glossy black graphics). At present, there is a aluminium version.
The complete configuration includes thicknesses (riser), extensions & elbow rests
As for the FLY, extensions are available to both above and below the handlebars, both inside and outside of the attacks "riser" giving great flexibility to the product in terms of positioning to meet every need. Many easy runners don't see frowned on the descent. They are intimidated, they think that is likely to cause injury. Not so the runners, that instead the face as any other unevenness of the ground. The hard runner lives in a positive way because he knows that on the slope you can decide the races. But he also often ignores that running downhill is also an excellent means for training specific strength of lower limbs and quickness. The goal of this article is to provide a set of practical guidelines on the most appropriate and rational way of dealing with the descent and to transform it into an effective means of training.
The importance of style
First of all some technical guidance: the descent is not making contact with the back of the heel. Is the lateral part of heel which should touch the ground first, but the feeling has to be to rest on the whole plant, not only of the heel. If your support is correct you will hear your back free and does not receive any kickback. Also feel the quadriceps work harder. Be careful not to pull back from behind, as the instinct would suggest, because doing so would advance legs too compared to bust in stance phase. With his back foot perpendicular, the racing action will be more smooth and effective. The arms must be kept as in normal race on the plain, with forearms that skim the iliac crest of the pelvis. Increasing the speed it may be that the action of the arms is broken: it is normal at the beginning, corrects itself automatically as you buy sensitivity and, above all, balance. Must point down but not forward, towards the end of the descent. Finally, downhill you will gain speed. To zoom out, simply shorten the distance. After this sort of "technical review", we enter into the details.
What is it for
1. develop strength eccentric, or that kind of strength helpful to all the runners, that muscle grows when it resists to the weight of a resistance (in this case one of his body).
2. Does capture fast action, qualities essential for those dedicated to short races, including those on the track, but also for specialists of "half" and marathons, which must develop it into periods away from that specific preparation.
3. Improve coordination; a feature that allows you to make less expensive and more effective racing action, especially in critical moments such as overtaking or the race, and that allows the runner to feel comfortable on any type of track.
And now to work!
The workouts that I propose that you will find summarized in the table below, are courses on downhill slopes from 2 to 6% and lengths from 100 to 1000 meters. For the first few times I suggest you maintain them on asphalt. Afterwards, especially if you plan on racing on dirt, you will conduct the work on rough terrain. Obviously, I recommend always concentrates on running technique. As regards heating, shall be such as to properly prepare the organism pretty intense effort that is going to accomplish. Each fast runner has a way of warming up, so it seems unnecessary to provide guidance in this regard. As regards recovery, instead the table is indicated in minutes is the one between individual repetitions and between sets. Between a descent and the other is running very slowly, preferably back to the starting point.
