Right of withdrawal
In accordance with art. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or do not make the purchase by indicating in the order form at WHY NOT Ltd a reference to VAT) shall be entitled to terminate the contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty except as indicated in the following paragraph.
To exercise this right, the customer must send a notice to that effect, "WHY NOT" srl within 10 working days from receipt of goods. Such notice shall be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, addressed to

or by telegram or fax sent within the aforementioned term of 10 days and followed by a confirmation by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent strictly within the 48 hours. Once such notice of withdrawal, the customer service WHY NOT srl will quickly communicate the customer instructions on how to return merchandise must be received within 10 days from the authorization.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
the right applies to product purchased in its entirety; It is not possible to withdraw only part of the product that you purchased the goods purchased must be returned intact and in the original package, complete in all its parts. By law, the shipping costs for returning the goods shall be borne by the client;
the shipment until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the responsibility of the customer;
If the goods are damaged during transportation, WHY NOT srl shall notify the customer thereof (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods at its stores), so that a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and to obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for return, simultaneously eliminating the request for withdrawal;
WHY NOT srl is not responsible in any way for damages or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
upon arriving at the warehouse, the product will be checked for any damage or tampering not caused by transportation. If the package and/or the original packaging are damaged, WHY NOT srl will subtract from the refund due a percentage, however not more than 10% of the same, as a contribution to the costs of recovery.
Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, WHY NOT srl will refund the customer the amount paid as quickly as possible and in any event within 30 days of the request for withdrawal by following the transfer of the amount charged to your credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, the customer will promptly provide to the Bank on which to obtain reimbursement (ABI-CAB-account of the invoice).
The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of essential integrity of the property (packaging and/or its content), that WHY NOT srl finds:
the lack of external and/or internal packaging;
the integral elements of the product
damage to the product for reasons other than transportation.
In the case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, WHY NOT srl will return the purchased goods, charging the same shipping cost.
