BH AERO TT 6.0 LT603 TRIATHLON BIKE

The Aerolight Disc is the ideal triathlon bike for triathletes at high levels of competition. This is a bike designed to cut through the wind, reach high speeds, take advantage of flat terrain and make a difference on climbs. A bicycle that maximizes aerodynamics and lightness without altering the rigidity of the frame

When designing the Aerolight Disc the goal was to find an ultra-light, stiff, sensitive and responsive frame.

The design and previous development of the Aerolight Disc has resulted in a new combination of carbon fiber and resin blades that represent the essence of the new generation of BH frames.

The front triangle has been redesigned from the ground up for better air penetration, while maintaining the Kamm-Tail design for a clean, flat surface.

The rear stays are stiffer and lighter to ensure maximum pedaling responsiveness.

The Full Carbon fork guarantees better air passage between the wheel and the frame, avoiding any type of turbulence.

The seat post has a travel of 90 mm, to adapt the geometry to each cyclist.

Monocoque frame technology that applies high pressure in the mold to achieve maximum levels of compactness resulting in the elimination of bubbles and imperfections in the carbon.

It allows you to control and optimize the thicknesses in the various parts of the frame.

The new Aerolight DISC frame is equipped with the ACR system, thanks to which we managed to create 100% internal wiring.

The internal part of the steering tube has been modified to accommodate a DI2 battery

It has a wheel clearance width for 28 mm tires and is the optimal size for greater rigidity and safety, by optimizing the position of the brake

Rear triangle designed specifically to respond to the new forces involved in disc braking.

The introduction of a Flat Mount anchorage compatible with 140 and 160mm discs at the front and rear has made a fundamental difference in the design of the frame.

The rear part of the frame has been totally redesigned to withstand the efforts and tensions produced by the new fixing of the disc brakes which are totally different from those produced by a traditional brake.

The 12mm Thru Axle thru axle brings greater rigidity and security and optimizes the position of the disc brake. No tools are required to remove the wheel.
