PRE-RACE HEATING CREAM QM 2 HOT EMBROCATION CREAM

Red Pepper Warming Cream that provides a penetrating warm up to the muscles while the skin stays cool. For use in cold and wet weather. Use sparingly.

It can be used at temperatures between 0°C/32°F and 10°C/50°F.
Contains more red peppers than QM1 and gives more heat to muscles.
Rub the cream until it disappears.
The cream penetrates the skin into the muscles and does not leave a red color of the skin. A red skin color means that blood would be drawn from the muscles to the skin. Less blood in the muscles = less performance!
A slight warm-up of muscles and tendons immediately gives a good feeling.
Flexible muscles and tendons reduce the risk of injury during warm-ups or intense sports activities.
QM2 guarantees 100% performance.
It can be used for outdoor and indoor sports.
It can be applied to the whole body except the face.
Do not apply too much on first use, adjust afterwards according to your "good" feeling.
If necessary, remove the QM2 warm cream after exercise with the QM9 after-sport cleansing lotion. This avoids a burning sensation when showering.

TIPS:

When training in wet weather, an extra top layer of QM5 or QM6 oil can be rubbed into the skin after applying the QM2. This top layer allows water to drain away faster and protects the QM2 Hot Cream longer during its operation.
Cyclocross riders scrub their entire body with this warm QM2 cream during races. In this way you can run the race with thinner clothing, which causes less hindrance during efforts.
The preventive application gives less tired muscles during long walks, long bike rides or strenuous physical sports.
All 3 QM warming creams are also ideal for use during winter sports such as cross-country skiing, biathlon, alpine and slalom skiing, ice skating and tobogganing.
