LIMAR AIR KING EVO TT HELMET

The new Air king Evo was born from the awareness of Limar and the engineers and technicians of Team Astana that there is never an end to evolution and every limit can be overcome. The athlete works on every detail to improve performance; this is why the shape of the new Air King Evo has molded itself to the athlete's body, becoming an aerodynamic whole that has surpassed all previously achieved goals, saving from 5 to 8 watts compared to Air King.

Air King Evo was tested in the Wind Tunnel at the Newton laboratory in Milan, with Vincenzo Nibali and David De la Cruz.

The shape and lines of AIR KING EVO were designed considering the athlete on the time trial bike during the performance, observing and taking into account all the variables of resistance, speed, position and wind direction. The result is a shell shaped around the athlete, with a reduced impact area and better aerodynamic penetration, with consequent reduction in turbulence.

Every detail of Air King Evo is designed to meet the high demands of the most demanding cyclists and the toughest competitions. The polycarbonate visor adapts perfectly to the design of the helmet, fixed through INSTANT MAGNETIC CLOSURE with ANTI-FOG AIRFLOW SYSTEM

The front vents, internal channeling system and rear vent of the Air King Evo constitute an excellent internal ventilation system, while the external lines and shape control air flows preventing the formation of turbulence.

For optimal aerodynamic performance, the air flow that impacts the helmet must be tamed, guiding it both externally to maintain high aerodynamic performance and internally to offer thermal comfort to the athlete: the air that penetrates must refresh the head and convey it to the external body heat.
