Lightweight, aerodynamic and ventilated, the Procen helmet uses the Venturi effect to optimize airflow around the head for absolute speed, and thus improve comfort and temperature control in the demanding position required for time trials .

Not just speed and protection, the Procen helmet is designed to keep you comfortable and cool during the intense physical effort of time trials. With fast performance proven by extensive CFD testing and track time, this helmet takes advantage of the Venturi effect and airflow around and within the structure to maximize speed. The distinctive trailing edge moves air away from the shoulders optimizing aerodynamics and airflow management for speed.

The large air intakes at the front force the circulation inside and around the helmet, to ensure the correct cooling of the head and exploit the Venturi effect to optimize the flow of air around the head and shoulders.

The Procen uses an innovative 2-position lens system that helps solve a problem common to all helmet visors: fogging. In the 'start' position the lens remains about 10 mm away from the helmet allowing the natural passage of air, ideal for avoiding fogging when you are still at the gate before the start. Driving is also possible with the lens in this position, with a clear line of sight in all directions. The visor lens is completely removable and in the event of an accident it comes off on its own, thanks to the innovative design of the temples.

The practical adjustment system of the entire shell allows every rider to find the perfect fit, to ensure optimal protection when pushing at maximum speed.

EPS lining

The expanded polystyrene coating is optimized to protect against impacts while maintaining a low weight.

The lightweight polycarbonate outer shell reinforces the structural integrity of the helmet.

Tested on the track

The helmet's design and ventilation have been tested on the track to ensure fast and comfortable performance.

EVA shaped area

The lower area on the back of the helmet is made of soft and malleable ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) to improve comfort at the back of the neck.

Venturi effect airflow

The helmet's airflow zones utilize the Venturi effect to minimize drag and improve overall aerodynamics.

Pronounced trailing edge

The pronounced trailing edge of the helmet moves air away from the shoulders, directing it in the best direction.

Removable visor

The removable visor features short temples that attach to the helmet for greater safety.

If any force pushes the visor inwards, towards the face, the automatic release system causes it to detach for greater protection.

Starting position of the lens

The 2-position lens can be spaced approximately 10mm from the helmet to prevent fogging at the TT starting gate, or even pushed out during the ride to improve airflow.
