You'll be able to align your head and also focus on keeping your lower body more at the surface. By not having to look up to breathe, you'll be able to correct your stroke technique. The adjustable headband is designed not to interfere with your goggles, providing a secure and comfortable fit. The front snorkel comes with a nose clip and angled Vylux mouthpiece for excellent comfort.
