Zoggs Matrix Swim Paddles are designed to improve your stroke technique by forcing your hand to stay straight as you swim. They have an ergonomic design for optimum performance and a shape that allows for a secure hold. As well as improving your stroke performance, these paddles can help develop arm and shoulder strength. The soft TPR (thermoplastic rubber) outer rim allows for flexibility in the fingertips for added comfort. If you are thinking of training with swim paddles for the first time, we recommend starting with a smaller size (i.e. medium), regardless of your hand size, until you get used to the added resistance.
