What is the mode of shipping used by MOTUS?
For the Italian territory the delivery is made through express couriers.

How long is delivered the goods?
Our delivery times are on average between 1 and 5 working days. If your order cannot be fulfilled within these terms, we will contact you and inform you of expected wait times.

What currency do i pay for my orders?
Do I have to pay customs duty in my country?
There are no customs duties within the EU. All products shipped to EU is inclusive of value added tax (VAT).
The non-EU market merchandise is excluded from value added tax, and may be subject to customs duties once they reach the country of destination. Please note: declare the total value of goods in shipment is required by law outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import taxes or customs duties.
